We provide a single point of contact for the provision of Pilates treatment, which is quite different to the traditional hands-on methods. Pilates Rehab teaches our clients a new system of exercise and body use, so they take more control and responsibility for their rehabilitation, helping them to recover from any specific complaint, and also improving posture and flexibility.
